Information, Terms and Conditions of Rental

A deposit of Euro 100 per week of booking and completed booking form, signed by the person responsible for the reservation, required to secure reservation.

The balance of total amount plus Euro 75 damage deposit, is due 4 weeks before commencement of stay. Damage deposit, less cost of electricity and oil will be returned by post after the cottage has been checked for damage or any shortfall.

Deposits will be refunded, less administration cost, if cancellation is notified in writing 42 days in advance, otherwise it will be forfeited.

From June to September, cottages are let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Departure time is 10.00am and arrival time is between 3.30pm and 7.30pm. If you wish to arrive later please let us know in advance. Outside these months, cottages are available mid-week and weekends.

The cottage is fully equipped to cater for 8 persons. Linen (except towels), cooking utensils, delph and cutlery are provided. Should the number of adult occupant exceed 8 the clients are liable to have their reservations cancelled at the discretion of the management.

There is an open fire place and also oil fired heating in the cottage. Cooking is by electricity and the kitchen has ample storage presses, a refrigerator with small freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, an automatic washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a microwave oven.

Electricity and oil are charged at the current rate per unit. Turf for the open fire can be purchased at Euro 2 per bag.

Occupants of the cottages are responsible for damage to the premises or their equipment.

Important - it is an express condition of this booking that the management is relieved of liability for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by the patrons or their property.

Directors or officers of the company may, at all reasonable times, visit the cottage.

No dogs or other pets allowed.

The company is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departure.

The cottage and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Service - please notify the caretaker immediately of any shortcoming in your cottage so that it can be remedied.
